Commissions Details

Commissions are a creative process. I thrive on a balance between your vision and my artistic freedom. I welcome references and suggestions, but overly detailed instructions may limit my ability to create something truly unique for you.

My goal is to bring your ideas to life in my style, blending your input with my expertise. Complex or intricate designs may incur additional costs, which we will discuss in advance.

Terms of Service

I retain all copyrights to the artwork and may use it for promotion or portfolio purposes.

Artwork is for personal use only, such as social media (with proper credit). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

Clients may not resell or claim the artwork as their own.
Full refunds are available if canceled before work starts.

If canceled after work has begun, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, minus the cost of completed work.

No refunds are available after the artwork is finished.
Physical artwork will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.

I am not liable for damage during shipping but will assist with claims if needed.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that:

Involves content I am uncomfortable creating.

Is incompatible with my artistic style.

Conflicts with my ethics or moral beliefs.
Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to start your commission.

The final payment is due before shipping the completed artwork.

Timeline

Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your position in the queue will be tracked, and you’ll receive notifications when your project begins and finishes.

Pricing Details

This section addresses costs and potential extras:

1. Base pricing depends on size, material, and medium:

Sizes: 5x5, 8x8, 10x10 (custom sizes available for an additional fee).
Materials: Black or white paper (other materials available at additional cost).
Mediums: Ink, pencils, charcoal, watercolor/gouache. (Digital available only for inked lines and at extra cost).

2. Additional fees may apply for:

Intricate designs or complex details.
Custom materials or sizes outside standard options.
Expedited requests.
